How do I
know what size to order?
For a Bracelet, measure the wrist with a
flexible tape measure, add 1” for adults and ¾” for children.
For a Watch, measure the wrist with a
flexible tape measure, add 1” for a loose fit or ¾” for a more snug fit.
If the bracelet/watch is a gift and you are
uncertain the size, you can use the estimated chart below.

What if
my bracelet does not fit?
Within the first 30 days I will restring
your bracelet the first time at no charge. The only cost to you will
be the $3 shipping charge to mail it back to you insured. If it is
more than 30 days, there will be a $5.00 restring fee, plus a $3.00
shipping charge. Print the
Resize, Repair or
Modify Form
and fill
out the appropriate information. In a padded mailing envelope, send
the form and the bracelet to:

What do I do
if I want to add something to my existing bracelet?
If you would like to add a name ,
birthstone, or another strand to your existing bracelet, print the
Resize, Repair or
Modify Form,
fill out the appropriate information and return with your bracelet in a
padded mailing envelope to Cheri’s Jewelry (address listed above).
When will my
order ship?
All orders will generally ship out within
1-3 days. If it will be later than that I will contact you by email
or phone.
How will my
order be shipped?
We only ship to United States mailing
addresses. Orders will be shipped via US Mail Insured.
How much
does shipping cost?
Shipping cost is $3.00.
How do I
care for my jewelry?
To care for your sterling
silver or 14K gold filled beaded jewelry, thoroughly
clean your jewelry with a
Sunshine polishing cloth.
Avoid getting your jewelry
wet. The water and soap solutions could tarnish the silver.
If you are not going to wear your jewelry
for a period of time, store in a zip lock baggy to avoid tarnishing.
